Who is responsible for your information

Readback Pilot Academy is operated by Eduardo Fernandes Filho as an individual owner. Readback Pilot Academy is the business name used for the service and is not currently a registered legal entity or company. Eduardo Fernandes Filho is responsible for decisions about the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

When you request a free PDF, we collect your email address. We also record the material requested, the page or source of the request, your selected language, the date and time, and whether you separately chose to receive marketing communications. Limited technical information, such as request timing, network address, and security signals, may be processed to prevent abuse and diagnose failures.

Why we use this information

We use this information to validate your request, provide access to the PDF, send the requested delivery email, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, maintain delivery records, and troubleshoot technical problems. These activities are carried out to respond to your request and to operate and protect the website.

PDF delivery and marketing are separate

Requesting the PDF does not subscribe you to promotional messages. The marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. We only record marketing consent when you actively select it. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using an unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your PDF request or the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Service providers and international processing

We use Brevo to manage contacts, record PDF requests and consent choices, and deliver email. We use Vercel to host the website and run the secure server function that processes the form. These providers process information on our behalf and may process or store it outside Brazil. When international processing occurs, we rely on the providers' contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards and applicable data-protection requirements.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested material, maintain reliable request and consent records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Marketing contact information is used while consent remains active. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we delete or restrict the information unless a limited record must be retained to document your request, preserve an unsubscribe instruction, or comply with law.

Your choices and rights

You may ask whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, anonymization, blocking, information about sharing, or withdrawal of consent, as applicable. Send your request to admin@readbackacademy.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your email address before acting on it.

Security and updates

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
